Can I review content before it’s posted?

Yes! You’ll receive a bi-weekly content calendar for approval before anything goes live.

What happens if I need last-minute changes?

Small edits can be made, but urgent changes may be subject to a rush fee.

Do you create captions and hashtags?

Yes! I craft engaging captions tailored to your brand voice and include optimized hashtags for better reach.

Do you schedule and publish the posts for me?

Yes! Once the content is approved, I handle all scheduling and posting on your behalf.

Will you respond to comments and messages?

Engagement services are included in select packages, where I manage comments, messages, and interactions.

Can you help me grow my followers?

I focus on organic growth through content, engagement, and strategy. I do not buy followers, as that harms your brand.

Do you use paid advertising to boost my posts?

Paid advertising is not included in standard packages but can be added as an extra service.

Can I still post on my account?

Absolutely! If you’d like to post personal content alongside my scheduled posts, you’re welcome to do so.

What happens if I want to pause services?

A notice period is required for pauses or cancellations. Please check your contract for details.

How do I know if social media is working for me?

You’ll receive monthly analytics reports showing engagement, growth, and performance insights.

What metrics do you track?

I track followers, reach, engagement, website clicks, and post performance to measure success.

How will we adjust the strategy if something isn’t working?

Is there a contract?

Yes, all social media management services require a 6-month minimum contract to allow time for real growth.

How do payments work?

Payments are due monthly, and services do not begin until the first business day after the contract is signed and the invoice is paid.
